Frost

I woke up Sunday morning and it was beautiful outside! Everything was covered in frost! I'm NOT in love with winter, but on days like this it makes the cold worth it!!

We are close to week 10 and still no FDL in the mail. The postman asked me today "if I deliver your letter, will you name your child after me?" I think I'll wait one more week and then take him up on his offer:)

Those are beautiful pictures. I love it when it looks like a winter wonderland here too. Ten weeks is rough, but God will bless you for it. I like the new background too. We are thinking about doing our little guy's room in an African animals theme.

Hey Michelle,

We had to wait 4 weeks and 1 day, but everyone else in our little group(from our church) only had to wait 2-3 weeks. Ours got stuck over Thanksgiving/Christmas vacation stuff. What does your state's timeframe say? Our case worker told us to expect it to take 3-5 weeks, so I was trying to get my brain wrapped around the 5 weeks. It averaged and came in at 4 :). I know it's so hard not to expect, especially when you know this is the last piece of info. you need to move on... Know I will continue to pray for you. It WILL come, this adoption WILL happen - we have to keep holding on to that :). I hope you're doing well!!!
