Here is an email I just got from our case manager.....
"I wanted to email you to let you know that it looks like we were not able to get your file through the courts in time for the closure. What happened was that, due to the high number of cases they did make a cutoff date for file submissions and I believe your case had not gone through in time."
Nothing else to say. I am so sad right now. I can't believe we won't be holding our daughter until October or November.

We are in the exact same place as you are so I completely understand your pain. I'll keep following your blog! we are working with a different agency and we have been assigned a court date of Oct 1...so we hope courts will be up and running and ON TIME!!!
